Press Quotes: SARI SCHORR - The Grace, London, 27 April 2024

It’s a mark of the ever growing respect East Coast powerhouse singer Sari Schorr is held in the blues world that the very best have been queuing up to collaborate with her, most recently Robin Trower joining forces on last year’s ‘Joyful Sky’ album.

...Sari Schorr is one of blues rock’s most talented and engaging vocal treasures.

Press Quotes: SARI SCHORR - 1865, Southampton, 17 April 2024

Beautiful as always a highlight of mine, this song for me is sublime, it’s one of those that I could have on constant repeat. Live it was truly breathtaking, Sari’s voice is very special indeed.

Press Quotes: SARI SCHORR - Oran Mor, Glasgow, 18 April 2024

Schorr was Queen of not just New York’s blues rock fraternity but Queen of the High C’s on a ridiculously clean and well-held outro note.

Similarly, on the double-covers encore of ‘I Just Wanna Make Love To You’ (featuring a bubbly ‘n’ funky bass solo) and Zep’s ‘Rock And Roll,’ she knocked the top note on the finale of the former so far out of Oran Mor it was probably heard in Sauchiehall Street some two miles away.
